The Garlic Black Pepper Saucy Noodles are a Vietnamese-American creation, inspired by the original garlic butter noodles from San Francisco’s Thanh Long restaurant. Developed in collaboration with Chef Helen Nguyen of NYC’s Saigon Social, the noodles bring together a savory, umami-packed sauce with just a hint of fish sauce and a mild kick from black pepper.

The air-dried noodles cook in just 4 minutes. Simply mix with the sauce, add two tablespoons of hot water, and for extra flavor, garnish with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro if you have it.

What we love most about these noodles is their perfectly bouncy texture. They stand out from typical instant noodles, and the garlicky sauce is full of rich flavor. While they’re great on their own, adding pork or tofu can make the dish more substantial. For an extra layer of heat, we suggest topping them with Bungkus Bagus Sambal Goreng Spicy Fried Shallots, Garlic & Chilies for an extra kick.

Each package includes air-dried noodles and sauce

Made in USA.

About Omsom

Omsom was founded by sisters Vanessa and Kim Pham, the daughters of Vietnamese refugees. Growing up, they watched their mom prepare meals from scratch, which inspired their passion for food. After working in consulting and startups, the sisters decided to reconnect with their roots, creating a company that celebrates the rich diversity of Asian flavors.

The bold flavors of the products are crafted in collaboration with foodies and renowned Asian chefs, including those from top New York City restaurants. Their mission is to make authentic Asian cuisine more accessible, using high-quality ingredients without preservatives or artificial flavors. Many of these ingredients are sourced directly from Asia and imported exclusively by Omsom, delivering a genuine taste that stands out from the rest.
