Apricot with Orange & Honey

This Apricot, Orange & Honey jam is the result of a collaboration between Blake Hill Preserves and the award-winning cheese makers at Jasper Hill Farm. The jam is part of a unique collection designed for bespoke cheese pairings, offering a harmonious balance of sweetness, acidity, and complexity. Created from simmered summer apricots, zesty oranges, and wildflower honey, the jam os whipped to a luxuriously, smooth, honey-like texture.

The Apricot, Orange & Honey jam is a versatile addition to any cheese board, pairing exceptionally well with washed rind cheeses.

2 Hungry Birds – Sanne: I know this jam was originally made to pair well with cheese, but I prefer serving it with a warm muffin and a scoop of sour cream, or ice cream in the summer:)
