Each batch of trout is gently smoked over natural hardwood, adding that perfect smoky flavor that makes it irresistible. After smoking, the trout is hand-packed and canned with care at a First Nation’s-owned facility right on the coast of British Columbia. It’s a thoughtful process from start to finish.
Fishwife’s smoked trout contains 62 times less mercury than the FDA’s allowable limit, and the packaging is thoughtfully chosen, with cans free from BPA, so, you’re getting all the flavor without any of the worries.
